In the past four years, Simply Defense has become a leader in the development of defensemen of all ages. The program's founder, Jeff Blum, has created an intense program with a tremendous focus on detail. The program systematically breaks down the skills and responsibilities of the modern day defensemen and introduces them to our students step by step. Our students progress through creative, demanding drills that focus on the finer points of the position, then proceed on to specific game situations. Students leave our program improving not only their skills, but their understanding of the game as it relates to defensemen.
